We do not collect or store your card number, PIN, or other full payment credentials – these are handled directly by Stripe and PayPal (see below).

  • To process your order and deliver your digital download
  • To send you your download link and any order-related emails
  • To provide customer support if you contact us

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the store. Each handles a limited amount of your information as part of that function:

  • Stripe and PayPal – process payments. Your card details are entered directly with them and never pass through our servers.
  • Brevo – sends order confirmation and download emails on our behalf.
  • Cloudflare – hosts and delivers your purchased audio files via a secure, time-limited link.

We don’t run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party pixels on this site.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies only – the kind required to operate your shopping cart and process checkout. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

Download links

Your purchase is linked to a unique download token tied to your order and email address, valid for 14 days and up to 3 downloads. This token is used solely to deliver your files and is not shared with any third party.

Data retention

We retain order information as required for accounting, tax, and customer support purposes. If you’d like your information removed beyond what we’re required to retain, contact us and we’ll do what we can.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information, subject to our legal and accounting obligations
