Refund & Returns Policy
Desert Comb Music sells digital audio files delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these are digital goods, standard “returns” don’t apply – there’s nothing to send back.
All sales are final once a download link has been issued, except in the following cases:
Technical issues
If your download fails, a file is corrupted, or you receive the wrong format, contact us at support@desertcomb.com and we’ll fix it – either by reissuing your download link or sending the correct files directly.
Download links
Your download link is valid for 14 days from the time of purchase and can be used up to 3 times. If your link expires or reaches its download limit before you’ve retrieved your files, email us with your order number and we’ll issue a new one at no charge.
Change of mind
Because files are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” we’re not able to offer refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind. If you’ve bought the wrong bundle (e.g. Stereo instead of Surround), get in touch – we’ll see what we can do.
Duplicate purchases
If you’ve been charged twice for the same order, let us know and we’ll refund the duplicate.
